The More Things Change...
Morning Keynote, October 5, 2022 (8:30 am - 9:30 am)

Developing an Effective CyberSecurity Program Using Limited Resources (stop herding cats)
October 5, 2022 (2:15 pm - 3:00 pm)
Most security assessments/penetration tests produce a lot of data that can be difficult to sift through and prioritize. During this talk we will discuss the most common threat and attack vectors we use to compromise IT and OT systems and networks then transition into how that data is presented. We will also provide statistics that show how often customers have visibility into our attacks and how actionable metrics can help your organization strategize your security posture. Participants will also learn the foundational categories of a cybersecurity program so they can better prioritize their capital and operational expenditures as attacker strategies change.
